Ingredients:-

  • water – 2 cups
  • vilvam leaves – handful
  • cumin powder / seeraga thool – 1/2 tsp
  • pepper powder / milagu thool – 1/4 tsp
  • salt – pinch

Method:-

1. Collect fresh vilva leaves, wash and keep it ready.

2. Boil 2 cups of water in a tea pan along with vilva leaves. Let it reduce to one cup.

3. Colour of the leaves and water will change. Let it reduce to one cup.

4. Filter it and separate the leaves.

5. Add cumin powder, pepper powder and salt.
