Sweet Egg banana pancakes – Ingredients:-
- Ripen banana – 1
- Eggs – 2 number
- Honey/maple syrup – 1 tsp
Sweet Egg banana pancakes – Method of preparation:-
1. Remove skin, chop ripen banana into small pieces and blend once in a blender. Next add eggs with both egg white and yolk together and blend again. It will become smooth and fluffy.
2. Heat a dosa pan spray little oil and cook small size pancakes 30 seconds for each side. If you leave it for a long it may turn black.
3. Serve with some pieces of fruits as toppings and a little amount of honey/maple syrup. I made the toppings with pomegranate seeds which makes it attractive.
