Pudina Buttermilk drink | புதினா மோர் is a delicious drink during summer which cools down your body. We add green chilly, buttermilk and salt along with pudina.

Health benefits of Mint 

Ingredients:-

  • pudina / mint leaves – 1 cup
  • green chilly – 1
  • curd / Yogurt/ thayir – 1 cup
  • salt – to taste
  • ice cubes – as needed

Method:-

1. Separate mint leaves from its stem, wash and collect it.

2. Add mint leave so, salt and green chilly to a mixie jar.

3. Grind well and then add curd. Blend again.

4. Now you get a smooth pudina buttermilk.

5. Add required water and ice cubes. Serve chilled.
