Nungu | palm fruit lemon juice recipe Is a juice prepared with nungu in combination with lemon juice and sugar. It’s a yummy 😋 easy to prepare juice with a lot of health benefits. It boosts immunity power, helps in digestion.

- nungu – 4 number
- lemon – juice from 1/2 fruit
- sugar – 2 tsp (can be substituted by palm sugar or honey)
- water – 1 cup (200ml cup used)
1. Select tender juicy nungu 4 number without breaking. Do not select thicker ones.
2. Remove the outer skin carefully with your fingers, without breaking it and collect it in a container.
3. Blend it in a blender and add lemon juice to it. Add sugar (this can be substituted by palm sugar or honey) and serve. Can also refrigerate or add ice cubes for chillness.
