Lemon shake recipe

   Lemon juice helps in digestion and it is common drink in this hot summer. Sugar patients worry about the sugar added in it. So here we use salt instead of sugar, and it tastes different. Prepare this lemon shake and enjoy the sour taste of lemon during summer.

To Serve – 2

Preparation Time – 5 minutes


  • Lemon – 1
  • Salt – 1 tsp
  • Water – 2 cups
  • Ice cubes – few (optional)


   1. Cut lemon and squeeze the juice in 2 glasses.

   2. Add salt and water upto 3/4 of the cup. Mix well.

   3. Add ice cubes if necessary and serve chilled.
