Lemon in hot water recipe/Morning drink

   This is a lovely way to start a day. Lemon and honey in hot water on an empty stomach early in the morning, helps to improve digestion and in weight loss. It gives natural glow to skin and cleanse the urinary track.


  • Lemon – 1/2
  • Hot water – 1 cup
  • Honey – 1 tsp


   1. Heat one cup of water in a tea pan. Do not boil.

   2. Squeeze lemon juice in it.

   3. Add  one tsp of honey and mix with the spoon. This can be taken in empty stomach, early morning.
