    Hello Poongodi,

This instant multi millet dosai recipe looks really healthy and especially Gluten Free Dosai, which is one of the favorites for my wife. We live in US, so we don’t have any rice mill here to make those ingredients as fine powder. Our blender is not that great to make it fine, I think. I haven’t tried yet. Can we soak all the ingredients and grind it in the grinder and make the dosai immediately or do we have to do the fermentation?

You can try grinding instantly, add Buttermilk and make dosa after 15 minutes. I too will try and let you know. Thank you for your support and response.
