Guacamole recipe is a tasty dish which we prepare using avacados. Avacados are good for heart health and we prepare a salad which we use as bread spread.
- avacado – 1 (riped)
- onion – 1 (chopped)
- tomato – 1 (chopped)
- green chillies or jalapeño – 1 (chopped)
- pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
- salt – to taste
Guacamole recipe - Method of preparation:-
1. Firstly finely chop onion and tomato. Also finely chop jalapeño or green chilly finely and take it in a bowl.
2. Secondly take well riped avacado. Cut it into two halves and remove the seed. Take out the pulp using a spoon and you can mash the pulp. It can be done using a potato masher.
3. Thirdly add pepper powder and salt. Finally mix well and serve along with bread.
