Dry Fruits – Honey Laddu | Modak recipe – Ingredients:-
- Almonds – 1 cup
- Walnuts – 1 cup
- Cashew nuts – 1 cup
- Rasins and other dry berries – 1 cup
- Dates – 2 cups
- Ghee – 4 tsp
- Honey – 4 tsp
1. Dry roast all the nuts for few minutes. Stop before they turn colour.
